David’s professionally equipped studio five minutes from Portobello. Clients can either commission David to take their own portrait, or learn the art of studio portraiture themselves.

David will help you to improve your technical understanding of how the camera works, sharing his vast knowledge of how to get the best from digital SLRs; through composition, lighting, shutter speed, aperture, ISO and mode settings, down to lens selection and flash work. The shoots are both instructive and fun and are sure to greatly improve your photography and further ignite your passion for image-making.
